It was an awesome night. We reached capacity not long into the event and the atmosphere was just what we had hoped. Everyone was getting into the zone and sharing in the creativity. Couldn't have been better! This was a great learning experience and I can't wait to announce number 2! Thank you to everyone who made it along. Expect this blog to be updated soon :)

Daytime: Outdoor Sketch Session
12PM MIDDAY at the Chinese Gardens of Friendship, in Darling Harbour.



A great place to unwind and start the day out relaxed. There will be plenty of time here to set up for a painting so if you want to bring a box or a small setup -- please do so. Afterwards we will head down at around 3.30 to Dixon St, Chinatown. Another cool area to sketch, more urban and hectic, great shapes and compositions and great characters. Plenty of Yum Cha to satisfy the hungriest of creative types!
